George W. Warren
For the past 30 years, George Warren has led many of the most prominent brands in Education. Starting as a sales rep at Dell, to leading the Education Line of Business at Compaq George is familiar with driving a culture of success in large established technology companies. When HP acquired Compaq, George lead the Public Sector Edu team through the largest technology merger of the time before taking on the task of leading worldwide Public Sector for AMD.
The next career chapter focused on building businesses in education through retooling organizations and fostering successful cultures. The fir. st project was building the Institutional business at K12 Inc. George spearheaded that business while navigating the political crosswinds of the public school and public charter movements.
Most recently, George helped zSpace develop their ground breaking VR desktop STEM solution and introduce them successfully into the schools market.

Ronald W. White
Mr. White serves as advisor to several expansion and emerging stage companies. Until recently he served as CEO of Heavystone Labs and as CFO of QuikQ, LLC. He was active in founding, and was subsequently the Managing Director of, what is now known as him SLC Angels. Mr. White also was active with NetSchools and CEO of GoKnow Inc. He was a venture capitalist for over twenty years, during which time he financed seven companies through their IPOs, and served for over twenty-five years on the boards of four NASDAQ-traded concerns. Mr. White is VP and President Elect of the Harvard Alumni Association of Utah and active in tutoring students at BYU through the Advancement Council for Engineering & Technology.
During his venture capital career, Mr. White was a co-founder and Partner of Argo Global Capital, a $400 million pool of capital focused on investments in the wireless technology industry. Argo includes among its investors fifteen of the world’s leading mobile carriers which are Special Limited Partners of the funds. Previously, Mr. White was the Founder and Managing General Partner of the Advanced Technology Development Funds. While heading ATDF Mr. White was responsible for the fund’s investments in all three of the progenitors of Nextel Communications, Inc. (NXTL) as well as the other IPOs referenced above. Prior to his venture career he was the founder of one of the largest alarm companies in California and drafted the first long-range plans for TRW systems.
Mr. White holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University and a Master in Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.

He has participated in the product marketing and development of over 200 award-winning educational software and hardware products. Mr. Greaves holds multiple patents and patent disclosures for student computing technologies.
